LB Italia equipment includes:
- automatic pasta rolling machines for producing sheets of pasta dough, with fittings for mounting an extruder to make maccheroni, fusilli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other pasta (the extruder has an electronically adjusted cutter and can be used to produce from between 50 to 300 kg of rolled pasta and from 30 to 100 kg of extruder pasta per hour)
- double sheet ravioli machine (from 50 to 150 kg/hr)
- unique in its kind, the LB Italia Taglierina version of the RS machine can be used to make ravioli and all types of tagliatelle thanks to a rotating mould which allows selection of four sizes for tagliatelle, tagliolini, spaghetti alla chitarra and sheets for lasagne
