Bottling plant
The small and medium complete bottling, packaging and packing lines produced with Kronimpianti brand are ideal for bottling wine, sparkling wine liquors, vodka, and various distillates, beer, mineral water, carbonated and no-carbonated drinks, milk, oil, fruit juice, food sauces, chemical products and anyway liquid and semi-liquid products in general. The plants can vary from a minimum output of 1.000 to a maximum output of 15.000 per hour according to the type of bottle and product. Furthermore Kronimpianti produces "pilot-plants" with semi-automatic machines. Containers can be of glass, PET or any other plastic material and they can have different sizes. The rinsing, blowing and sterilizing machines of SC series allow to clean and sterilize new bottles of glass or plastic material by means of water or filtered air. The single machines or in a filling and closing monoblock unit of IB series are used for filling sparkling wine, still wine, carbonated drinks and beer with counter pressure system. The single machines or in a filling and closing monoblock unit of DP series are used for filling still wine, liquors distillates, fruit juices, oil, food sauces with "low vacuum system" and "gravity system". The versatility of the machines of DB and IB connection with a rinsing machine as well as a capping machine. The filling and closing monoblock units of DP/3-5 series are composed of gravity filler or low vacuum filled and turret supplied with one more heads for closing glass or plastic bottles |
  
with corks, crown caps, ROPP screw caps, prethreated plastic caps or with special closures.
The labelling machines of ETR/MF sereies guarantee outputs up to 15.000 pieces per hour: each machine has been designed to be suitable for the different labelling requirements in a simple way. To complete the plants the following machines are also available: soak washing machines, depalletizers, case unpacking machines, carton erectors, carton glueing machines (sealing machines), carton packing machines, palletizers and bottle-pack conveyor belts. Furthermore for wine and sparkling wine bottling lines wirehooders, dispensers of wine and sparkling wine capsules and relative capsulers can be supplied. |
